浮动平台小汽轮机高压主汽调节联合阀设计初探

摘要 本文通过介绍分析主汽调节联合阀总体布局、支撑方案、阀门配汽设计和冗余、阀门总体气动布局、强度校验及冲击摇摆强度计算,证明由主汽调节联合阀负责汽轮机组高温高压主蒸汽进汽参数的联通、截止、调节、稳定性控制的设计性能优良。该设计对于保持汽轮机组在浮动平台上长期、连续、安全、高质地运行发电发挥了至关重要的作用。 It is proved in this paper that design performance,through which the main steam control combined valve is responsible for connection,cut-off,adjustment and stability control of the main steam inlet parameters under high temperature and high pressure steam of steam turbine unit,by introducing and analyzing the overall layout of the main steam control combined valve,support scheme,valve distribution design and redundancy,overall valve aerodynamic layout,strength verification and shock swing strength calculation.The design plays an important role in keeping the steam turbine unit running on a floating platform for long-term,continuous,safe,and high-quality power generation.
