图书馆咨询业务数据分析与智能统计方案设计——以国家图书馆为例

Business Data Analysis and Semi-automatic Statistical Scheme Design——Taking the National Library as an Example

本文旨在优化图书馆咨询业务统计方案,在提高咨询统计数据质量的同时,降低了咨询馆员统计工作的人力成本,有助于提高咨询服务用户关注度和满意度,建设以用户数据为导向的智慧图书馆服务体系。本文使用SPSS软件分析国家图书馆综合咨询服务2010年至2019年的咨询统计数据,指出咨询统计工作存在的问题:常规统计法不准确、咨询统计类目合理性欠佳、咨询统计工作负荷增加、咨询馆员配备形式单一。综合使用分层随机抽样法、完善咨询业务统计类目、引进自动化统计设备、按需配置咨询服务等策略,设计智能业务统计方案,以有效优化图书馆咨询统计工作的内容和流程。

The purpose of this paper is to optimize the statistical plan of library consulting business.While improving the quality of consulting statistical data,it reduces the labor cost of consulting librarians’statistical work,which helps to improve the attention and satisfaction of consulting service users and to construct user data-oriented smart library service system.This paper uses SPSS software to analyze the consulting statistics of the National Libraries’comprehensive consulting services from 2010 to 2019,and points out the problems in consulting statistics:inaccurate conventional statistical methods,poor rationality of consulting statistics categories,increased consulting statistics workload,consulting librarians being provided in a single form.By comprehensively using the stratified random sampling method,improving the statistical categories of consulting business,introducing automatic statistical equipment,configuring consulting services on demand,etc.,we could design intelligent business statistical plans to effectively optimize the content and process of library consulting and statistical work.
