如东县乳腺癌相关危险因素研究

Study on Risk Factors Related to Breast Cancer in Rudong County

目的 总结如东县乳腺癌的相关危险因素,以期为控制乳腺癌发病风险提供有益参考。方法 以2014年1月—2020年12月如东县240例乳腺癌筛查妇女为研究对象,将检查结果为阴性的120例纳入对照组,将检查结果为阳性的120例纳入观察组。回顾性分析两组研究对象的临床资料,总结导致乳腺癌发生的相关危险因素,分析生育史、月经史、体质指数及家庭遗传史等因素对乳腺癌的影响。结果 观察组流产次数≥3次的患者例数多于对照组,月经初潮时间为(11.66±1.84)岁,早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.305,t=11.051,P<0.05);两组行经时间、乳腺癌患者癌症家族史方面对比,差异有统计学意义(t=15.491、12.632,P<0.05)。结论 基于乳腺癌发病特点,总结分析相关危险因素,并以此为依据制定有效的措施进行控制干预,能有效降低乳腺癌发病风险,值得临床加以重视和深入研究。

Objective To summarize the related risk factors of breast cancer in Rudong County, in order to provide a useful reference for controlling the risk of breast cancer.Methods 240 breast cancer screening women in Rudong County from January 2014 to December 2020 were taken as the research objects. 120 cases with negative results were included in the control group and 120 cases with positive results were included in the observation group. The clinical data of the two groups of subjects were retrospectively analyzed, the relevant risk factors leading to breast cancer were summarized, and the effects of factors such as birth history, menstrual history, body mass index and family genetic history on breast cancer were analyzed.Results The number of patients with miscarriage more than 3 times in the observation group was more than that in the control group, and the time of menarche was(11.66±1.84) years old, which was earlier than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.305, t=11.051, P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in menstrual time and family history of breast cancer between the groups(t=15.491, 12.632, P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the characteristics of the incidence of breast cancer, the relevant risk factors were summarized and analyzed, and effective measures were formulated for control and intervention based on this. It can effectively reduce the risk of breast cancer, and it is worthy of clinical attention and in-depth research.
