血必净注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的分析血必净注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射液治疗重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在丰县中医医院接受治疗的70例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,依据数据随机表法将患者分为对照组(35例,予以头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射液治疗)和观察组(35例,基于对照组联合血必净注射液治疗)。对比两组患者治疗效果、血气指标、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组疗效(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。观察组PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)分别为(74.38±4.82)、(267.88±13.14)mmHg,高于对照组的(65.82±5.10)、(244.12±12.35)mmHg;PaCO_(2)为(52.37±5.80)mmHg,低于对照组的(64.23±6.17)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=7.217、7.795、8.286,P<0.05)。观察组CRP、PCT、TNF-α水平为(15.51±2.89)mg/L、(3.66±0.87)ng/L、(0.79±0.22)pg/L,均低于对照组的(29.56±4.33)mg/L、(5.71±1.16)ng/L、(1.18±0.30)pg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=15.967、8.364、6.202,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论予以血必净注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射液治疗重症肺炎效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods 70 patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in Feng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the data random table method,the patients were divided into the control group(35 cases,treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection)and the observation group(35 cases,based on the control group combined with Xuebijing injection treatment).The treatment effect,blood gas indexes,inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).The PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) of the observation group were(74.38±4.82)mmHg,(267.88±13.14)mmHg,higher than the control group(65.82±5.10)mmHg,(244.12±12.35)mmHg,PaCO_(2) was(52.37±5.80)mmHg,which was lower than that of the control group(64.23±6.17)mmHg,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.217,7.795,8.286,P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and TNF-αin the observation group were(15.51±2.89)mg/L,(3.66±0.87)ng/L,(0.79±0.22)pg/L,all were lower than the control group(29.56±4.33)mg/L,(5.71±1.16)ng/L,(1.18±0.30)pg/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=15.967,8.364,6.202,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia has a significant effect,high safety.
