消化性溃疡Hp感染患者血清PCT、CRP水平与预后的相关性研究

Correlation between Serum PCT and CRP Levels and Prognosis in Patients with Peptic Ulcer Hp Infection

目的 通过观察消化性溃疡Hp感染患者的预后情况,并分析血清PCT、CRP表达水平与消化性溃疡Hp感染患者预后的关系,探讨血清PCT、CRP表达水平对消化性溃疡Hp感染患者预后不佳的影响。方法 回顾性分析2018年12月—2020年12月贵溪市人民医院收治的80例消化性溃疡Hp感染患者临床资料。所有患者经胃镜检查确诊为消化性溃疡;经^(14)C呼气试验确诊为Hp感染。根据溃疡愈合及Hp根治情况分为预后良好组(根除Hp)52例、预后不佳组(未根除Hp)28例,比较两组的血清PCT、CRP水平,分析血清PCT、CRP对消化性溃疡Hp感染患者预后影响。结果 治疗后,预后良好组血清PCT、CRP水平均低于预后不佳组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且相关性分析结果显示,PCT、CRP水平与治疗结果均呈现负相关性(r=-0.368、-0.328,P<0.05)。结论 血清PCT、CRP表达水平的变化可能参与消化性溃疡的发病机制,检测血清PCT、CRP表达水平,对评估消化性溃疡Hp感染患者预后具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the prognosis of patients with peptic ulcer Hp infection, and to analyze the relationship between the expression levels of serum PCT and CRP and the prognosis of peptic ulcer Hp infection patients, to investigate the influence of serum PCT and CRP expression levels on poor prognosis in patients with peptic ulcer Hp infection.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with peptic ulcer Hp infection admitted to Guixi People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed with peptic ulcer by gastroscopy. Hp infection was confirmed by^(14)C breath test. According to ulcer healing and Hp eradication, they were divided into a good prognosis group(Hp eradicated), 52 cases, and a poor prognosis group(Hp not eradicated).The serum PCT and CRP levels of the two groups were compared, and the prognostic effect of serum PCT and CRP in patients with peptic ulcer Hp infection were analyzed.Results After treatment, the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the poor prognosis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that the levels of PCT and CRP were negatively correlated with the treatment outcome(r=-0.368,-0.328, P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum PCT and CRP expression levels may be involved in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. Detection of serum PCT and CRP expression levels is of great significance for evaluating the prognosis of patients with peptic ulcer Hp infection.
