分析红蓝光联合皙毓净肤贴敷料治疗痤疮的临床疗效

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Red and Blue Light Combined with Xiyu Purifying Dressing in the Treatment of Acne

目的 分析痤疮治疗中红蓝光联合皙毓净肤贴敷料的临床疗效。方法 选取江苏省如皋市中医院皮肤科2019年1月—2021年4月收治痤疮患者96例为研究对象;按照随机颜色球抽取法分为参照组48例(常规治疗)和研究组48例(常规治疗基础上采取红蓝光联合皙毓净肤贴敷料治疗),对比两组患者治疗前后HAMA、GAGS评分、病症(丘疹、脓包)消退时间、不良反应发生率以及临床治疗有效率。结果 治疗前,两组HAMA评分、GAGS粉刺、GAGS脓包、GAGS丘疹、GAGS结节评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组症状消退时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率为97.91%高于参照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.524,P=0.002)。结论 临床痤疮治疗中红蓝光与皙毓净肤贴敷料联合应用治疗效果显著,具有极高治疗安全性,可降低患者治疗期间不良反应发生率,切实提高其临床治疗效果及预后生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of red and blue light combined with Xiyu Purifying Dressing in the treatment of acne.Methods A total of 96 cases of acne patients admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random color ball extraction method, they were divided into a reference group of 48cases(conventional treatment) and a study group of 48 cases(conventional treatment based on red and blue light combined with Xiyu Purifying Dressing). The HAMA scores, GAGS scores, symptoms(papules, pustules) subsidence time,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical treatment effectiveness were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Before treatment, the comparison of HAMA score, GAGS acne score, GAGS pustule score,GAGS papule score and GAGS nodule score between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the study group was lower than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of symptom regression in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.91%, higher than that in the reference group 77.08%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.524, P=0.002).Conclusion In clinical acne treatment, the combined application of red and blue light and Xiyu Purifying Dressing has significant therapeutic effect and has extremely high treatment safety. It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients during treatment, and effectively enhance their clinical treatment effect and prognosis quality of life.
