探析米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗牙髓炎效果

Exploring the Effect of Minocycline Ointment Combined with One-time Root Canal Filling in the Treatment of Pulpitis

目的 探析米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗牙髓炎效果。方法 选取滕州市第一人民医院2019年10月—2021年5月收治132例牙髓炎患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各66例。对照组采用一次性根管填充治疗,观察组采用米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗。对比两组临床效果、VAS评分、PLI、MD等牙周指标、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP等炎症因子水平及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(95.45%vs 83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.114,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、PLI、MD等牙周指标水平、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP炎症因子水平等指标改善效果均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 牙髓炎治疗中,米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善患者牙周指标,对减轻机体炎症反应,减少并发症发生有积极作用,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline ointment combined with one-time root canal filling in the treatment of pulpitis.Methods A total of 132 patients with pulpitis were selected and treated in Tengzhou First People’s Hospital from October 2019 to May 2021. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group was treated with one-time root canal filling, while the observation group was treated with minocycline ointment combined with one-time root canal filling. The clinical effect, VAS score, PLI, MD and other periodontal indexes, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP and other inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.45% vs 83.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.114, P<0.05);after treatment, the improvement effect of VAS score, PLI, MD and other periodontal index levels, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP inflammatory factor levels and other indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulpitis, minocycline ointment combined with one-time root canal filling has a significant effect, which can relieve pain and improve periodontal indexes of patients. It has a positive effect on alleviating the inflammatory response of the body and reducing the occurrence of complications, with high safety and worthy of clinical promotion.
