摘要
缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1)和缺氧诱导因子-2(hypoxia inducible factor-2,HIF-2)作为细胞内出现缺氧状态时的重要因子,在生物体内的生理及病理过程中十分重要。HIF主要以α亚基和β亚基构成的二聚体为主。从蛋白水平的角度分析,HIF稳定性及转录活性会作用于多种机制的调控中。而子宫内膜异位症(endometriosos,EMs)作为一种慢性炎症性疾病,历代研究颇多,但是其发病原因至今不明。而EMs的发生与月经关系密切,因此,必然会处在缺氧的环境中。研究证实,缺氧会对细胞代谢、凋亡、血管生成等造成影响。本文现对HIF-2在子宫内膜异位症缺氧微环境中的作用及机制展开综述。
Hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) and hypoxia inducible factor-2(HIF-2), as important factors in the occurrence of hypoxia in cells, are very important in the physiological and pathological processes of living organisms.HIF is mainly composed of α salounit and β subunit. From the perspective of protein level analysis, HIF stability and transcriptional activity may be involved in the regulation of various mechanisms. Endometriosos(EMs), as a chronic inflammatory disease, has been studied a lot over the years, but its pathogenesis is still unknown. The occurrence of EMs is closely related to menstruation, therefore, it must be in an oxygen-deficient environment. Studies have confirmed that hypoxia can affect cell metabolism, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. This article reviews the role and mechanism of hypoxia-inducible factor-2(HIF-2) in the hypoxic microenvironment of endometriosis.
