纤调蛋白聚糖在口腔疾病中的研究进展

摘要 纤调蛋白聚糖是一种富含亮氨酸的小分子蛋白聚糖,它在牙体组织的形成与成熟、牙槽骨的发育以及关节结构的组成中发挥着重要的生理功能,同时也参与牙周病、龋病、颞下颌关节病等病理状态的发生。该文就纤调蛋白聚糖在口腔疾病中的生理功能、病理作用以及潜在的临床应用等方面作一综述。 Fibromodulin is a small leucine-rich proteoglycan. It plays an important physiological role in the formation and maturation of dental tissue, the development of alveolar bone and the composition of joint structure. It also participates in the occurrence of periodontal disease, caries, temporomandibular joint disease and other pathological states. This article reviews the physiological function, pathological effect and potential clinical application of fibromodulin in oral diseases.
