摘要
目的:基于网络药理学、生物信息学方法研究丹参治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制。方法:收集丹参化合物,进行靶点识别;检索血管性痴呆的相关靶点;对丹参作用于血管性痴呆的关键靶点进行相关富集分析。结果:关键靶点富集于多个生物学过程及多条信号通路。结论:推测丹参可以通过与血管性痴呆密切相关的生物学过程及信号通路而进一步干预血管性痴呆,从而修复已遭破坏的脑部血管,进而改善血管性因素而诱发的痴呆症状。
Objective: To study the action mechanism of Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza) on vascular dementia based on network pharmacology and bioinformatics. Methods: The compounds in Danshen were collected for target recognition. The related targets of vascular dementia were searched. The relevant enrichment analysis of the key targets of Danshen on vascular dementia were performed.Results: The key targets were enriched in multiple biological processes and multiple signal pathways. Conclusion: It is speculated that Danshen can further intervene vascular dementia through the biological process and signal pathway closely related to vascular dementia, so as to repair the damaged cerebral blood vessels and ameliorate the symptoms of dementia induced by vascular factors.
