《中医内科学》肺系病证理论探讨

A discussion on the theory of pulmonary disease in Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine

肺系疾病在《中医内科学》中占有十分重要的位置,包括感冒、咳嗽、哮病等病证,除教材中常见的内容外,还有许多内容值得进一步探讨。文章将肺系疾病中一部分内容如感冒与风温、咳嗽与《黄帝内经》理论的差异、哮病与痰的关系等单独陈列,剖析其相关性与差异性,补充介绍肺系疾病相关内容,以期扩展教学思路及临床对肺系相关疾病的论治方法。

Pulmonary diseases play a very important location in Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,including colds,coughs and asthma.In addition to the common contents in the textbook,there are many contents of pulmonary diseases worthy of further discussion.In this article,some of the contents of pulmonary diseases such as cold and Fengwen(风温),the differences between cough in the texkbook and the related theory in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),and the relationship between asthma and phlegm were separately displayed to analyze the correlation and difference,and the relevant contents of pulmonary diseases were supplemented in order to expand the teaching ideas and clinical treatment methods of pulmonary diseases.
