养心安神法对2型糖尿病患者疗效观察及对患者肠道微生态菌群和炎症因子影响

The curative effect of the Yangxin Anshen therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influences on intestinal microflora and inflammatory factors

目的:探讨养心安神法对2型糖尿病的疗效及对患者肠道微生态菌群和炎症因子的影响。方法:选择浙江大学医学院附属金华医院于2018年1月-2019年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上服用酸枣仁汤。两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组的疗效,治疗前后糖代谢、炎症因子和肠道微生态菌群变化,以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)和餐后2 h血糖低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的双歧杆菌属、柔嫩梭菌属、乳酸杆菌属、普雷沃菌属均高于对照组,而拟杆菌属、大肠杆菌属低于对照组(P <0.05),脂多糖水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:养心安神法对2型糖尿病患者疗效良好,可改善患者的肠道微生态菌群和炎症反应,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To investigate curative effect of the Yangxin Anshen therapy(养心安神法)on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influences on intestinal microflora and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 98 cases from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,each with 49 cases.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride orally,while the observation group was given additionally the Suanzaoren decoction(酸枣仁汤).Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,HbA1c and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium,clostridium leptum,lactobacillus and prevotella in the observation group were higher than the control group,while the levels of bacteroides and escherichia were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of lipopolysaccharide in the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no obviously adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The Yangxin Anshen therapy shows a good effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus,it can ameliorate the intestinal microflora and inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of clinical reference.
