快速康复护理结合核心肌群训练在经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with core muscle training in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy patients

目的分析快速康复护理结合核心肌群训练对经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年11月湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院骨科收治的84例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组及研究组,每组各42例,对照组采用常规康复护理干预,研究组则给予快速康复护理结合核心肌群训练,比较两组患者的临床指标、康复效果、腰椎活动度、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果研究组术后开始康复训练的时间、卧床时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的康复效果、腰椎活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理结合核心肌群训练能够促进经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者尽快康复,并促使腰椎功能提高,减少术后并发症,护理满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with core muscle training in patients undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.Methods A total of 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of Hubei 672 Orthopaedic Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to November 2021 were included as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with core muscle training.The clinical indexes,rehabilitation effect,lumbar mobility,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time to postoperative rehabilitation training and bed rest duration in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the rehabilitation effect and lumbar mobility of the patients in the study group were better than those of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with core muscle training can promote the recovery of patients undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy as soon as possible,improve lumbar function,reduce postoperative complications,and have high nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is worth popularizing.
