智能化调配中药配方颗粒在某院的应用情况分析

Analysis on the application of intelligent blending of TCM formula granules in our hospital

目的探讨智能化调配中药配方颗粒在医院的应用情况。方法选取广东药科大学附属第一医院2021年1—12月中药配方颗粒600张处方的调配情况作为研究对象,并根据调配方式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组300张为人工调配,观察组300张为智能化调配,比较分析两组中药的销售额、平均调配时间、调配质量以及在医生和患者中的认可情况。结果观察组销售量逐年提高,2019年至2021年销售额与销售额占比逐年增加(P<0.05);观察组平均调配时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组调配质量高于对照组(P<0.05);A组医生和患者的认可度均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论智能化调配中药配方颗粒较人工调配中药饮片优点多,调配时间更短,质量更高,在剂量准确、储存携带方便,安全、卫生可靠等方面受到医生和患者的认可。

Objective To explore the application of intelligent blending of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula granules in a hospital.Methods A total of 600 prescriptions of TCM formula granules in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January to December 2021 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(including 300 prescriptions blended manually)and an observation group(including 300 prescriptions blended intelligently)according to the blending methods.The sales volume,average blending time and quality of blending for the TCM formula granules in the two groups,as well as recognition of doctors and patients for the usage of the two types of blended medicine were analyzed and compared.Results The selling quantity of TCM formula granules in the observation group increased year by year,and the sales volume and ratio of sales volume increased year by year from 2019 to 2021(P<0.05).The average blending time for TCM formula granules in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of blending for TCM formula granules in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the recognition of doctors and patients in the A group for the usage of the two types of blended medicine was higher than that in the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent blending of TCM formula granules has more advantages than manual blending in terms of shorter blending time,higher quality,and better recognition by doctors and patients in accurate dosage,convenient storage and carrying,safety and hygiene.
