基于皮部理论腕踝针治疗慢性癌性疼痛的临床研究

Clinical research on wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of chronic cancer pain based on skin theory

目的探讨基于皮部理论腕踝针治疗慢性癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法选择2021年1—10月中山市中医院肿瘤科收治的中重度慢性癌性疼痛患者60例作为研究资料,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组28例采取盐酸羟考酮口服治疗,观察组32例在此基础上采取基于皮部理论的腕踝针治疗。评价两组疼痛控制效果、疼痛程度、生存质量,观察不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疼痛缓解率为93.75%,高于对照组的67.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛程度评分显著低于对照组、生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中重度慢性癌性疼痛患者采取基于皮部理论腕踝针治疗可提高疼痛控制效果,减轻疼痛程度,提高生存质量,减少不良反应,治疗安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)in the treatment of chronic cancer pain based on skin theory.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate and severe chronic cancer pain admitted to and treated in the Department of Oncolo gy of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chines e Medicine from January to October 2021 were selected as research materials.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=28)was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride orally,and on this basis,the observation group(n=32)was treated with WAA based on skin theory.The pain control effect,pain degree and quality of life(QoL)of the two groups were evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions(ADRs)was observed.Results The pain relief rate in the observation group was 93.75%,higher than 67.86%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the QoL score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of ADRs in the observation group was 12.50%,lower than 35.71%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate and severe chronic cancer pain,WAA based on skin theory can improve the pain control effect,relieve the pain degree and increase the QoL.Moreover,it reduces ADRs and improves the safety of treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
