摘要
目的随着研究生教育改革深化,基于导师科研团队的研究生培养模式逐渐推广开来,本文从学生视角调查分析这种培养模式中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。方法以武汉大学第一临床学院2018—2020级临床医学专业型研究生作为对象,采用自制问卷调查法,问卷中包含单选、多选、比重和问答等多样化题型。并用SPSS 26.0统计学软件分析问卷的效度和信度,确保问卷的可靠性和有效性。结果目前临床医学专业型研究生培养模式中存在信息交流不畅、部分团队管理混乱、科研成果无法有效传承等问题。结论畅通师生交流渠道,建立高效管理体系,创立公共科研平台等对策有望改善目前专业型研究生培养模式中存在的问题。
Objective With the deepening of postgraduate education reform,the postgraduate cultivation model based on supervisor scientific research teams has been gradually promoted.This paper investigated and analyzed the issues in this model from the perspective of postgraduate students and proposed corresponding solutions.Methods Professional postgraduate students in the 2018 to 2020 classes of clinical medicine in the First Clinical School of Wuhan University were selected as study subjects.A self-designed questionnaire was adopted,which contained diverse questions such as single choice,multiple choice,weighting and quiz.The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were analyzed and ensured using the SPSS 26.0 statistical software to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results In the current professional postgraduate cultivation model of clinical medicine such as poor information exchange,confusing management of some teams and ineffective transmission of scientific research results.Conclusion The countermeasures such as the establishment of smooth exchange channels between supervisors and postgraduate students,an efficient management system and a public scientific research platform are likely to solve the problems in the current professional postgraduate cultivation model.
