结直肠癌伴巨大卵巢转移报告1例并文献复习

A case report and literature review on colorectal cancer complicated with huge ovarian metastasis

结直肠癌(CRC)是世界上第三大最常见的癌症,也是癌症相关死亡的第二大原因,CRC中卵巢转移(OM)的全球患病率仅为2.7%,结直肠癌卵巢转移(OM-CRC)的发病率低、恶性度高,且诊断困难,治疗上尚缺乏统一标准。就其以上特点,OM-CRC越来越受到临床工作者的关注,近年来,多数学者对其临床特点进行探究,以期总结并发现其诊断治疗新策略。本文通过报道1例CRC伴巨大OM患者病例,并通过复习相应文献,就结直肠癌来源卵巢转移癌的诊断、治疗、预后及其他临床特点进行讨论总结,以期为广大医务工作者提供诊疗参考。

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common cancer in the world,and it is also the second leading cause of cancer-related death.The global prevalence of ovarian metastasis(OM)in CRC is only 2.7%.The incidence of ovarian metastasis of colorectal cancer(OM-CRC)is low,its malignancy is high,its diagnosis is difficult,and there is still a lack of unified standard in treatment.In view of the above characteristics,OMCRC has attracted more and more attention from clinical practitioners.In recent years,most scholars have investigated its clinical characteristics to summarize and discover new strategies for its diagnosis and treatment.Through reporting a case of CRC complicated with huge OM,and through reviewing the relevant literature,the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and other clinical characteristics of OM-CRC are investigated and summarized in this paper,in order to provide medical practitioners with d iagnosis and treatment references.
