多学科协作模式在心血管疾病中的研究进展

Advances in the study on MDT in cardiovascular diseases

心血管疾病是最常见的循环系统疾病,具有“患病率高、病死率高、住院费用高”的特点,严重危害人们的生命健康,已成为世界主要的疾病负担。随着医学的发展和学科划分的不断细化,人们对医疗的需求不断增加,单个专科的治疗已远远不能满足患者的需要,多学科(MDT)协作模式越来越受到关注,成为护理领域新的研究热点。本文围绕MDT协作模式的概念、发展、心血管疾病中的应用现状等方面进行综述,分析不足并提出建议,以期为MDT协作模式在我国心血管疾病中的应用提供借鉴。

Cardiovascular diseases are the most common circulatory system diseases,characterized by high prevalence,high mortality and high hospitalization cost,which seriously endanger people’s life and health and have become a major disease burden in the world.The treatment provided by a single specialty is far from meeting the needs of patients with the development of medicine and the continuous refinement of disciplines division,as well as people’s increasing demand for medical treatment,while the multidisciplinary team(MDT)has attracted more and more attention and has become a new study hotspot in the field of nursing.This paper herein reviews the concept,development and current application of MDT in cardiovascular diseases,and analyzes the shortcomings and makes recommendations,aiming to provide reference for the application of MDT in cardiovascular diseases in China.
