介入计划软件在CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨介入计划软件在CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤中的应用价值。方法收集2019年1月至2021年5月在河北医科大学第一医院行射频消融治疗的肝脏肿瘤患者168例,按治疗前是否使用介入计划软件分为常规组(n=84)和介入计划组(n=84)。对两组治疗时间、辐射剂量、并发症及瘤体损毁率进行统计学分析。结果介入计划组治疗时间、辐射剂量及并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组瘤体损毁情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论介入计划软件的应用缩短了CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤手术的操作时间,明显降低了患者的辐射剂量,减少了并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the application significance of intervention planning software in CTguided radiofrequency ablation on liver tumors.Methods A total of 168 patients with liver tumors who underwent radiofrequency ablation admitted to the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2019 to May 2021 were collected.They were divided into the conventional group(n=84)and the intervention planning group(n=84)according to whether they used intervention planning software before treatment.The treatment time,radiation dosage,complications and tumor damage rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The treatment time,radiation dosage and total incidence of complications in the intervention planning group were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in tumor damage situation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of intervention planning software shortens the operation time of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation on liver tumors,obviously reduces the radiation dosage of patients and decreases the incidence of complications.
