基于多学科诊疗信息平台的多学科诊疗效率提升实践

Practice on the efficiency improvement of Multi-disciplinary team based on the information platform of Multi-disciplinary team

多学科诊疗是一种提供高医疗质量、优服务体验的诊疗模式,本研究介绍福建省立医院为应对多学科诊疗耗费医疗资源多的问题,引入多学科诊疗信息平台以提升工作效率,并基于平台功能采取组织结构优化、流程再造、服务规范、质控管理等举措,构建较为完善的多学科诊疗体系;总结多学科诊疗效率提升实践的体会,提出了提高多学科诊疗的绩效激励、谨慎拓展多学科讨论会形式、完善肿瘤患者的全程管理、量化效率提升成果四项建议;梳理多学科诊疗相关政策文件,提出工作改进提升的方向,为各医院推广多学科诊疗服务提供借鉴。

Multi-disciplinary team(MDT)is a diagnosis and treatment model that provides high medical quality and excellent service experience.This study introduces the practice in Fujian Provincial Hospital,the introduction of an information platform of MDT to improve efficiency of MDT in response to the problem of MDT consuming a lot of medical resources,and to build a complete and perfect MDT system by taking initiatives based on the platform function such as organizational structure optimization,process reengineering,service standardization and quality control management.Besides,this hospital also summarizes the experience in MDT efficiency improvement practice and puts forward four suggestions,including increasing the performance incentive on MDT,cautiously expanding the form of multidisciplinary discussion,improving and perfecting the whole process management of oncology patients,and quantifying the efficiency improvement results.Moreover,this hospital sorts out the policy documents related to MDT and puts forward the direction of work improvement and promotion.The practice in the hospital will provide a reference for other hospitals to promote MDT services.
