生根剂对无花果扦插生根效果的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Rooting Agent on Cutting Rooting of Fig

摘要 以‘波姬红’一年生枝条为试材,采用完全随机区组试验设计,研究了生根剂对无花果硬枝扦插生根效果的影响,以期为产业化开发提供参考依据。结果表明:IBA处理整体比NAA生根效果好;经NAA处理的各项生根指标随NAA浓度的升高总体呈现上升趋势,浓度为1 000 mg·L^(-1)处理的插穗较CK生根时间提前10 d,生根率较CK提高50%,根系效果指数较CK提高7.80倍;经IBA处理的各项指标较CK提升明显,且随IBA浓度的升高呈现升高的趋势,在浓度1 000 mg·L^(-1)处理的插穗较CK生根时间提前10 d, IBA处理的各项生根指标达到了最高峰,生根率较CK提高50%,根系效果指数提高了19.70倍;2种生根剂的生根率差异不大,但生根效果有明显的差异;定植后,综合根系效果指数和成活率,各个处理生根效果表现为IBA 1 000 mg·L^(-1)>IBA 500 mg·L^(-1)>NAA 1 000 mg·L^(-1)>NAA 500 mg·L^(-1)>CK。 One-year-old branches of ‘Bojihong’ was used as experimental material, a completely random block experiment design was used.The effects of hormones on the rooting effect of hard cutting of fig were studied in order to provide reference for fig industrialization development.The results showed that IBA treatment had better rooting effect than NAA treatment.With the increase of NAA concentration, rooting time of 1 000 mg·L^(-1) cuttings was 10 days earlier than that of CK,rooting rate was 50% higher than that of CK,and root effect index was 7.80 times higher than that of CK.The rooting time of the cuttings treated by IBA was 10 days earlier than that of CK at the concentration of 1 000 mg·L^(-1).The rooting rate of the cuttings treated by IBA was 50% higher than that of CK and the root effect index was 19.70 times higher than that of CK.There was no significant difference in rooting rate between the two rooting agents, but there was significant difference in rooting effect.After transplanting, based on the root effect index and survival rate, the rooting effect of each treatment was IBA 1 000 mg·L^(-1)>IBA 500 mg·L^(-1)>NAA 1 000 mg·L^(-1)>NAA 500 mg·L^(-1)>CK.
