摘要
“和合”思想内蕴人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐,在教学领域,它的中性智慧可以消解教学文化间的冲突,生成“和合教学文化”。“和合教学文化”是一种整体性、尊重差异、和而不同、和合相生的教学生活方式。建构“和合教学文化”应遵循以下路径:保持工具理性、价值理性与非理性的和谐均衡;促进多元教学文化的碰撞、“和合”与超越;实现自然世界、生活世界和生命世界的文化融合;建设开放圆融的教学文化生态系统。教学主体只有对“和合教学文化”建构路径深刻地理解并付诸实践,才能在“和合教学文化”的生成中过美好的教学生活。
The thought of “harmony” implies the harmony between human and human, human and nature, human and society. In the field of teaching, its neutral wisdom can resolve the conflicts between teaching cultures and create “harmonious teaching culture”. “Harmonious teaching culture” is a way of teaching life with integrity, respect for differences, being harmonious but different, and harmonious growing with each other. The construction of “harmonious teaching culture” should follow the following path: maintain the harmonious balance among instrumental rationality, value rationality and irrationality;promote the collision, “harmony” and transcendence of multiple teaching cultures;realize the cultural integration of the natural world, the living world and life world;construct an open and harmonious teaching culture ecosystem. Only when the teaching subject deeply understands and puts the construction path of “harmonious teaching culture” into practice, can he live a good teaching life in the generation of “harmonious teaching culture”.
