The soft power development is an important connotation of realizing the modernized social governance.The Party committee of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau pays great attention to the high-quality development of police force and the formation of its soft power,which is based on the police mission of the era so as to realize the long-term strategic layout and attain the goal of the permanent stability in this international metropolis.Police agencies should strengthen the development of their soft power in terms of Party building,system improvement,cultural and quality development so as to promote the high-quality development of police work.
