摘要
1949年以来,劳动和劳动教育在全面发展教育方针中的位置,发生过由不同程度“错位”到科学定位的曲折变动。以史为鉴总结正反两方面的经验,当前需要在肯定恢复高考取得拨乱反正成绩基础上,消除应试式教育带来的不良影响,还劳动在立德树人教育中应有的定位,推进并适当加强劳动教育,发挥劳动教育在促进德、智、体、美、劳全面发展教育中的作用和影响。
Since 1949, the roles of labor and labor education in the educational policy of overall development have experienced three different historical alterations from "offside" to "lost position" till "scientific orientation". While drawing lessons from history and summarizing the positive and negative experiences, this paper suggests to eliminate the adverse effects of exam-orientated education on the basis of affirming the achievements from the resumption of national college entrance examination. Then, the proper orientation of labor in fostering virtue through education should be restored, and labor education should be promoted and appropriately strengthened so as to give full play to the roles and influence of labor education in promoting the allround development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.
