加减沙参麦冬汤治疗湿疹慢性期病案两则

摘要 湿疹缠绵难愈易发展成慢性期,湿疹慢性期以难控制、易反复发作为特点。西医常规抗组胺、免疫调节治疗多疗效欠佳。导师刘毅在临床上常常应用滋阴除湿法,灵活加减沙参麦冬汤治疗湿疹慢性期,取得显著疗效。 Eczema is lingering and tends to develop into chronic stage,which is difficult to control and shows the characteristic of easy recurrence.Conventional antihistamine and immunomodulatory therapy in Western medicine are often ineffective.Tutor LIU Yi often applies nourishing Yin(阴)and dehumidifying method in clinical practice,and flexibly modifies Shashen Maidong decoction(沙参麦冬汤)to treat chronic eczema,which has achieved remarkable curative effect.
