穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展

A review on acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

变应性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)是基因与环境因素相互作用引起的一种免疫系统异常疾病,临床上以明显鼻塞、鼻痒、流清涕、黏膜苍白水肿为特征。穴位埋线作为中医外治法,有保持持续针刺效应的特点,是对针刺的进一步发展和延伸。穴位埋线治疗AR是将植物来源的高分子聚合物可吸收外科缝合线置于穴位肌层,以达到长期刺激腧穴,延长针刺效应时间,激活人体免疫系统,疏通经络、调节气血的作用,从根本上改善鼻炎临床症状、提高患者免疫、抗过敏能力。由于临床效果突出,故笔者对近年来关于穴位埋线治疗AR的研究成果作如下综述,不足之处,还望指正。

Allergic rhinitis is an abnormal disease of the immune system caused by the interaction of genes and environmental factors.It is clinically characterized by obvious nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose,pallor and edema of mucosa.Acupoint embedding,with a long-term acupuncture effect,is the further development and extension of acupuncture.Acupoint catgut embedding treatment of AR is to plant sources of polymer absorbable surgical suture on acupoints muscular layer,in order to stimulate acupuncture points for a long time,extend the time of acupuncture effect,and activate the body's immune system,achieving the effects of dredging channels and collaterals,regulating Qi(气)and blood,fundamentally relieving clinical symptoms of AR patients,and finally improving immune ability of allergy.Based on the above theories,the author makes the following review on the recent studies on acupoint embedding for AR,and hopes the shortcomings could be corrected.
