自拟益气补肾活血汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on self-designed Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis

目的:探究益气补肾活血汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床安全性及有效性。方法:以汕头市澄海区慢性病防治站2018年7月-2019年12月间收治的60例原发性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。其中对照组应用常规性西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础之上加用益气补肾活血汤。观察分析两组的实验室肝肾功能检查情况,临床治疗有效性以及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)以及生活质量评分等各项指标。对两组最终治疗结果进行系统性评价,以此论证益气补肾活血汤临床治疗的合理性。结果:经治疗,观察组的肝肾功能检查结果与对照组的差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组的VAS、SDS、SAS评分均优于对照组,P<0.05;与对照组比较,观察组的生活质量评分高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的血清骨代谢指标水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用益气补肾活血汤治疗骨质疏松症与单纯应用西药治疗方案相比,具有更高的临床治疗总有效率,安全性与西药相当,并且还可以改善患者的预后生活质量,值得在临床治疗中进行应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical safety and effectiveness of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction(益气补肾活血汤)in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The laboratory examination of liver and kidney function,clinical efficacy,the scores of VAS,SDS,SAS and quality of life in the two groups were observed and analyzed.The final treatment results in the two groups were systematically evaluated to demonstrate the rationality of the clinical treatment of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS,SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,there was statistical difference in serum bone metabolism indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction shows higher clinical effective rate than the simple application of Western medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis,and its safety is similar to that of Western medicine,and it can also improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
