PM2.5对特发性肺纤维化肺泡上皮损伤及上皮间质转化的研究进展

摘要 全球经济飞速发展,工业化和城镇化加快,越来越多的大气颗粒物(Particulate Matter,PM)排入空气,其有害成分侵害呼吸道黏膜,深及各细支气管到达肺泡,破坏肺组织结构,损伤细胞的正常生理功能,从而诱发和加重多种呼吸系统疾病。研究表明,特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis,IPF)的发病及进展与PM2.5长期暴露和吸入有密切关系,但其机制尚不明确。目前,与PM2.5损害人体的流行病学研究相比,国内外研究人员越来越关注其具体致病机制并亟待进行基础实验研究和药物研发试验。肺泡上皮损伤及上皮间质转化(Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition,EMT)是IPF发病的重要环节。文章围绕PM2.5对IPF肺泡上皮损伤及EMT的影响做以下总结。 With the rapid development of the global economy,and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,more and more PM are discharged into the air.Their harmful components invade the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract,reach deep bronchioles and alveoli,destroy the lung structure,and damage cells'normal physiological functions.This induces and aggravates a variety of respiratory diseases.Studies have shown that the pathogenesis and progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are closely related to long-term exposure and inhalation of PM2.5,but the mechanism is still unclear.At present,compared with the epidemiological study of PM2.5 harming the human body,domestic and foreign researchers are paying more and more attention to its specific pathogenic mechanism and urgently need to conduct basic experimental research and drug research trials.Alveolar epithelial injury and epithelial mesenchymal transition are important links in the pathogenesis of IPF.This article summarizes the effects of PM2.5 on alveolar epithelial injury and EMT of IPF.
