六君子汤对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的效果分析

Effect of Liujunzi decoction on patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy

目的:探讨用六君子汤对非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)化疗患者进行治疗的临床有效性。方法:取80例NSCLC患者,均于2018年1月-2020年10月收治,遵照随机数字表法的分配法则,对比对照组(40例,NP方案治疗)与研究组(40例,加用六君子汤治疗)的疗效差异。结果:研究组的治疗有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))和自然杀伤细胞百分比所测数值较治疗前均呈显著下降趋势,而研究组上述指标较治疗前明显升高;对照组的CD8^(+)较治疗前均呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05),而研究组的CD8^(+)较治疗前无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Karnofaky评分所测数值较治疗前均呈显著上升趋势,而中医证候评分较治疗前均呈显著下降趋势,且研究组改善效果更具优势(P<0.05)。结论:临床对NSCLC患者进行六君子汤治疗的疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liujunzi decoction(六君子汤)in the treatment of NSCLC patients.Methods:A total of 80 NSCLC patients treated from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided groups according to random number table method,the therapeutic effect in the control group(40 cases,took NP protocol treatment)and the study group(40 cases,took NP protocol treatment plus Liujunzi decoction)was compared.Results:The effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and percentages of natural killer cells in the control group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,while those in the study group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment.CD8^(+)in the control group was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the study group(P>0.05).After treatment,the Karnofaky score in two groups showed a significant upward trend compared with that before treatment,while the TCM syndrome score showed a significant downward trend compared with that before treatment,and the improvement in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Liujunzi decoction on NSCLC is accurate.
