针刺蝶腭神经节治疗蝶腭神经痛病案1例

Treating one case of sphenopalatine neuralgia by acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion

蝶腭神经痛是伴有自主神经功能紊乱症状的头面部疼痛,可严重降低患者的生活质量,针刺治疗头面部疼痛具有明显优势。本病案根据疼痛部位和特点,观察针刺蝶腭神经节治疗蝶腭神经痛1例,治疗后患者的头痛迅速缓解。文章试从典型病案、蝶腭神经节的解剖特点、针刺止痛机制等各方面探究本病案中针刺取效的影响因素,为临床应用提供参考。

Sphenopalatine neuralgia is a cephalic and facial pain with autonomic nervous dysfunction symptoms,which can seriously reduce patients’quality of life.Acupuncture has obvious advantages in the treatment of cephalic and facial.This study observes one case of sphenopalatine neuralgia treated by acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion.The patient’s headache was relieved rapidly after acupuncture at the sphenopalatine ganglion.In this paper,the factors influencing the effect of acupuncture are explored from various aspects,such as typical cases,anatomical characteristics of sphenopalatine ganglion and acupuncture analgesic mechanism,so as to provide reference for clinical application.
