祛瘀生新针法配合电子生物反馈治疗脑梗死的疗效及对日常生活能力量表评分的影响

The effect of acupuncture plus electronic biofeedback on cerebral infarction and its influence on activity of daily living scale score

目的:探究祛瘀生新针法配合电子生物反馈治疗脑梗死的疗效及对日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分的影响。方法:前瞻性地选取2019年9月-2021年9月深圳市宝安区中医院收治的112例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为两组,对照组(56例)行电子生物反馈治疗,观察组(56例)进行针灸治疗配合电子生物反馈治疗。比较两组中国脑卒中神经功能缺损程度评分量表(Clinical Neurological Function Deficit Scale,CNFDS)、运动功能简式Fugl-Meyer评分法(Short Form Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)、Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)、ADL评分,疗效,内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide,CGRP)水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者CNFDS评分均下降(P<0.05),FMA、BBS、ADL评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组CNFDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),FMA、BBS、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组ET-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而CGRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合电子生物反馈治疗脑梗死患者能够显著提高治疗效果和ADL评分,但在临床实际中应由经验丰富的临床医生行针。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for eliminating blood stasis to promote blood regeneration plus electronic biofeedback on cerebral infarction and its influence on ADL score.Methods:One hundred and twelve cases from September 2019 to September 2021 were proactively selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(56 cases)received electronic biofeedback therapy.The observation group(56 cases)took acupuncture plus electronic biofeedback therapy.Results:After the treatment,the CNFDS score in the groups were decreased(P<0.05),and FMA,BBS and ADL scores in the groups were all increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the CNFDS score in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the FMA,BBS and ADL scores in the observation group were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1 level in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the CGRP level in the observation was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus electronic biofeedback therapy on cerebral infarction can significantly improve clinical efficacy and ADL score of the patient,but in clinical practice,acupuncture should be performed by experienced clinicians.
