摘要
目的:观察脑电仿生电刺激联合电针治疗慢性脑供血不足患者的临床研究。方法:将2020年8月-2021年8月收治的符合纳入标准的120例慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。两组患者入组后均予控制血压、血糖水平,口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊等基础治疗,对照组加用脑电仿生电刺激治疗,治疗2个疗程;治疗组在对照组基础上加用电针治疗,连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1个月后眩晕症状评分、血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数)及大脑血流动力学指标[椎动脉(Vertebral Artery,VA)、大脑前动脉(Anterior Cerebral Artery,ACA)、中动脉(Middle Cerebral Artery,MCA)、后动脉(Posterior Cerebral Artery,PCA)及基底动脉(Basilar Artery,BA)的血流速度]变化情况,并进行疗效比较。结果:治疗后两组患者眩晕症状评分均较本组治疗前上升(P<0.05),治疗组眩晕症状评分及治疗前后差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数水平均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者VA、ACA、MCA、PCA及BA的血流速度均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在脑电仿生电刺激治疗基础上加用电针治疗可显著改善慢性脑供血不足患者临床症状及血液流变学指标、大脑血流动力学指标,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of EEG bionic electrical stimulation plus electroacupuncture on chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency from August 2020 to August 2021 who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.After joining in the two groups,patients in the two groups were given basic treatments such as flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally to control their blood pressure and glucose.The control group was given bionic electrical stimulation more,with 2 courses of treatment;the treatment group was treated by electroacupuncture more,than the control group,for 1 month.The vertigo symptom scores,blood rheology indexes(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index)and cerebral hemodynamic indexes[blood flow velocity in vertebral artery(VA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BA)],and the curative effect were compared.Results:After treatment,the vertigo symptom scores in the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The vertigo symptom scores and the difference before and after treatment in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocities of VA,ACA,MCA,PCA and BA in the two groups were more improved than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of EEG bionic electrical stimulation therapy,electroacupuncture therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,hemorheology indexes and cerebral hemodynamic indexes of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency,and improve clinical efficacy.
