痤疮搽剂联合二氧化碳激光对寻常痤疮(肺经风热证)的疗效观察

The effect of acne liniment plus CO_(2) laser on acne vulgaris(lung meridian wind-heat syndrome)

目的:观察中药痤疮搽剂联合二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光治疗寻常痤疮(肺经风热证)的临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。方法:将60例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例;其中治疗组每日用中药痤疮搽剂外涂配合CO_(2)激光治疗,对照组单用CO_(2)激光治疗,治疗1个月后观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果:4周治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束3个月后随访,两组复发率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痤疮搽剂联合CO_(2)激光治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切,且更优于单用CO_(2)激光治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of TCM medicine acne liniment plus CO_(2) laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris(lung meridian wind-heat syndrome).Methods:A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with external application of acne liniment plus CO_(2) laser.The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser only.The treatment lasted for 1 month.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups in the followed-up 3 months after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acne liniment plus CO_(2) laser is effective on acne vulgaris,it is better than CO_(2) laser treatment alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
