侯江红教授肺脾同治反复呼吸道感染经验

Professor HOU Jianghong’s experience in treating recurrent respiratory tract infection based on lung and spleen simultaneous treatment

反复呼吸道感染是儿科临床的常见疾病之一,因其病程长、易反复,影响儿童生长发育而广受关注。文章通过分析反复呼吸道感染病因病机、小儿生理病理特点,利用中医特色辨证论治,侯江红教授提出肺脾同治小儿反复呼吸道感染疾病,以健脾为其要,兼治其肺,急则治肺为主,缓则调脾为主,配合健康合理的喂养习惯,以减少复感儿发病次数。

Recurrent respiratory tract infection is one of the common clinical diseases in pediatrics.It is widely concerned because of its long course and easy to repeat,which affects the growth and development of children.By analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and children’s physiological and pathological characteristics based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,Professor HOU Jianghong proposed that treating infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection should be based on lung and spleen simultaneous treatment.The main treatment is to strengthen the spleen,and at the same time to reconcile the lung.In acute cases,the lungs should be treated,and the spleen should be adjusted in palliative condition.The healthy and reasonable feeding habit was combined additionally to reduce the incidence of relapsed children.
