麻黄治疗儿童遗尿症的作用机制研究进展

A review on the action mechanism of Mahuang on enuresis in children

遗尿是儿童常见的疾病之一,若不及时、准确地治疗会给患儿身心健康带来极大的危害。研究通过检索近五年来中国知网、PubMed等文献数据库,结合历代医家用药经验及现代药理研究,发现麻黄在治疗儿童遗尿症时疗效显著,而其作用机制尚未明确。文章围绕麻黄治疗儿童遗尿功效及药理学作用进行概述,以期为其临床应用提供理论依据。

Enuresis is one of the common diseases in children.If the disease cannot be treated timely and accurately,it will bring great harm to the physical and mental health of children.In this study,combined with the experience of physicians in the past dynasties and modern pharmacological research,it was found that Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)is very effective on enuresis in children by searching related studies in CNKI,PubMed and other literature databases in the past five years,but the action mechanism is not yet clear.This paper summarizes the efficacy and pharmacological effects of Mahuang on enuresis in children in order to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
