Research on the Continuing Education Model of Forensic Talents Based on the"Double First-class"Background

国家对“双一流”大学及学科建设的推进,不仅为法医学的发展创造了有利的硬软件环境,而且为人才培养与教育改革指明了方向。高校应在结合法医学专业教学质量国家标准的同时立足法医学专业人才培养规律,充分认识法医学人才培养的战略定位,积极开展法医学专业人才继续教育,建设执业认证培训体系,制定相应的人才培养的运行机制,探寻法医学人才培养的有效途径,以提高法医人才的执业能力与专业水平。

The promotion of the construction of"double first-class"universities and disciplines by the state not only creates a favorable hardware and software environment for the development of forensic medicine,but also points out the direction for personnel training and educational reform.In combination with the national standards for the teaching quality of forensic medicine,colleges and universities should base themselves on the training rules of forensic medicine professionals,fully understand the strategic positioning of the training of forensic medicine professionals,actively carry out continuing education of forensic medicine professionals,build a professional certification training system,develop a corresponding operating mechanism for personnel training,and explore an effective way to cultivate forensic medicine professionals,so as to improve their professional ability and professional level.
