产教融合背景下现代学徒制旅游人才培养模式研究——以吉林师范大学博达学院为例

Research on the Cultivate Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Tourism Talents under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education--Take Boda College of Jilin Normal University as an Example

职业院校旅游管理专业推行产教融合人才培养改革,实施校企协同育人的现代学徒制人才培养模式,是旅游相关行业发展对职业教育人才培养提出的新需求。文章从现代学徒制人才培养的内涵、旅游管理专业开展现代学徒制人才培养的探索与实践两方面,探讨产教融合背景下现代学徒制旅游人才培养模式,指出通过校企双方的共同努力,可在实现“生、校、企”三赢的前提下提高学生职业认同感和就业满意度,并为职业院校相关专业校企合作提供有效借鉴。

The tourism management major in vocational colleges has implemented the reform of talent cultivate integrating industry and education,and the modern apprenticeship talent cultivate mode of school enterprise collaborative education,which is the new demand of the development of tourism related industries for vocational education talent cultivate.The article discusses the modern apprenticeship tourism talent cultivate mode in the context of the integration of industry and education from the two aspects of the connotation of modern apprenticeship talent cultivate and the exploration and practice of tourism management major in carrying out modern apprenticeship talent cultivate,and points out that through the joint efforts of both schools and enterprises,students'professional identity and employment satisfaction can be improved on the premise of achieving the"three wins"of"students,schools and enterprises",it also provides an effective reference for the school enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges and related majors.
