高职高专小学数学教育专业人才培养调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Cultivate of Mathematics Education Professionals in Primary Schools of Higher Vocational Colleges

国内不断攀升的教资报考人数,与黑龙江省内不断减少的小学专任教师数量形成鲜明的对比。因此,如何培养优秀的小学教师是黑龙江省师范类院校共同的课题。文章从高职高专小学数学教育专业人才培养的现状与问题、高职高专小学数学教育专业人才培养策略两方面,对高职高专小学数学教育专业人才培养进行探讨,指出教师要重视高职高专小学数学教育专业人才培养,为国家和社会输送更多的优秀人才。

The increasing number of UGC candidates in China is in sharp contrast to the decreasing number of full-time primary school teachers in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,how to train excellent primary school teachers is a common topic of normal colleges in Heilongjiang province.This paper discusses the cultivate of mathematics education professionals in primary schools of higher vocational colleges from two aspects:the current situation and problems of the training of mathematics education professionals in primary schools of higher vocational colleges,and the training strategies of mathematics education professionals in primary schools of higher vocational colleges.It points out that teachers should attach importance to the training of mathematics education professionals in primary schools of higher vocational colleges,so as to provide more excellent talents for the country and society.
