Innovative Research on the Transformation of College Students'External Pressure into Internal Power in the New Era

新时代背景下,社会的竞争压力、科技进步的信息压力以及多元文化的更迭压力、风险频出的危机压力等互相交织,一同形成了大学生甚至全社会都必须直观面对和承受的客观压力。因此,教师帮助大学生正确认识外在压力,引导协助大学生转化外在压力为内在动力是十分必要的。文章从大学生的外在压力以及内在动力出发,概述新时代高校大学生外在压力向内在动力转化的制约因素,并对新时代大学生外在压力向内在动力转化的创新提出一些对策与建议。

In the context of the new era,the competitive pressure of the social market mechanism,the information pressure of scientific and technological progress,the pressure of multi-cultural change,and the crisis pressure of frequent risks are intertwined,forming an objective pressure that college students and even the whole society must intuitively face and bear.Therefore,it is very necessary for teachers to help college students correctly understand external pressure and guide and assist them to transform external pressure into internal power.Starting from the external pressure and internal power of college students,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors of the transformation from external pressure to internal power of college students in the new era,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of the transformation from external pressure to internal power of college students in the new era.
