高校辅导员网络思想政治教育路径优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Network Ideological and Political Education Path for College Counselors

面对新兴理念和信息爆炸的复杂形势,高校应站在时代前沿,寻找自身的角色定位,挖掘网络思想政治教育的价值内涵,积极应对教育教学工作中遇到的新问题、新变化。高校要从重视提高辅导员理论教育水平、积极开展网络思想政治教育工作、重视统筹发挥多方力量的重要作用三方面,优化辅导员网络思想政治教育工作路径,促使辅导员网络思想政治教育朝着科学化、系统化的方向发展,为学生树立正确的“三观”奠定坚实的基础。

Faced with the complex form of emerging ideas and information explosion,colleges and universities should stand at the forefront of the times,find their own role positioning,tap the value connotation of network ideological and political education,and actively respond to new problems and changes encountered in education and teaching.Colleges and universities should optimize the work path of online ideological and political education of counselors from three aspects:paying attention to improving the theoretical education level of counselors,actively carrying out online ideological and political education work,and paying attention to the important role of overall planning and playing of multiple forces,so as to promote the development of online ideological and political education of counselors towards a scientific and systematic direction,and lay a solid foundation for students to establish a correct"three outlooks".
