Research on the Innovative Path of College Students'Employment Work in the New Era

现阶段的高校大学生就业形势严峻,如何“稳就业”已成为高校工作的重要内容之一。文章分析新时代大学生就业工作存在的主要问题,探讨新时代大学生就业工作创新的重要意义,指出新时代大学生就业工作创新要做好四个方面:完善就业工作指导服务体系,加速工作路径创新;强化就业工作价值观念教育,解决价值导向问题;健全学生就业工作联动机制,解决现实就业问题;重视自主创业就业教育指导,拓展学生就业渠道。

At this stage,the employment situation of college students is severe.How to"stabilize employment"has become one of the important contents of college work.This paper analyzes the main problems in the employment work of college students in the new era,discusses the significance of the innovation of the employment work of college students in the new era,and points out that the innovation of the employment work of college students in the new era should do a good job in four aspects:improving the guidance and service system of employment work,accelerating the innovation of work paths;strengthen the value education of employment work and solve the problem of value orientation;perfect the linkage mechanism of student employment work and solve the practical employment problem;pay attention to the education and guidance of self employment and expand the employment channels for students.
