资源、平台、机制:应用型本科院校产教深度融合理论框架与实践——以浙江万里学院国际航运物流行业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 产教深度融合的基础是合作主体所需的专业人才资源和实践教学资源的充足和对等,“政校协企”共建行业学院成为共建共享资源的新型平台,动力机制、运营机制、评价机制等产教融合核心机制是共建平台、共投资源的保障。文章基于资源、平台、机制三大关键要素有机融合,构建了应用型高校产教融合理论框架。并以浙江万里学院“政校协企”共建国际航运物流行业学院案例,阐述三大关键要素有机融合的实践路径。 The basis of the deep industry-education integration is that the professional talent resources and practical teaching resources required by the cooperative subjects are sufficient and equal.The industry colleges built by“government-schools-association-enterprises”become new platforms for jointly constructing and sharing resources.The core mechanisms of industry-education integration such as dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism and evaluation mechanism are the guarantee of jointly constructing platform and inputting resources.Based on the organic integration of three key elements:resources,platform and mechanism,this paper constructed the theoretical framework of industry-education integration in application-oriented institutes.Taking the case of the international shipping logistics industry college jointly built by the government,Zhejiang Wanli University,the association and enterprises as an example,this paper expounded the practical path of the organic integration of the three key elements.
