推动新时代民营企业“党工共建”工作重整行装再出发——基于苏南地区民营企业“党工共建”的实地调查

Promoting the“Party and Trade Union Cooperation”of Private Enterprises in the New Era-Based on Field Investigation in Southern Jiangsu

习近平总书记始终强调民营企业党建工作是党建整体工作中份量极重的组成部分。江苏省总工会干部学校课题组于2021年3月到7月,对苏州、无锡等苏南地区的多家有代表性的民营企业进行了实地调研。调研结果显示“党工共建”工作已经在苏南地区民营企业广泛推开并取得阶段性成果,积累了不少宝贵的工作经验,党工共建统筹管理长效机制初步建立,为促进民营企业“党工共建”工作深入发展,仍需强化政治意识,加强思想保障,坚守政治责任感和历史使命感;强化党建引领作用,加强组织保障,整合多方面社会资源;强化长效机制,加强制度保障,发挥制度持久稳健作用。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has always emphasized that party building in private enterprises is a very important part of the overall party building.From March to July 2021,the research group of Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions Cadre School conducted fi eld research on many private enterprises in southern Jiangsu,like Suzhou and Wuxi.The survey shows that“Party and Trade Union Cooperation”has been widely promoted in private enterprises in southern Jiangsu and has achieved preliminary results,accumulating valuable experience.A long-term mechanism for joint construction and overall management has been initially established.In order to promote its development,it is still necessary to strengthen political awareness and ideological guarantee,adhere to the sense of political responsibility and historical mission;strengthen the leading role of the party and the support of trade unions,and integrate various social resources;effect.
