摘要
随着第四次科技革命的不断深化,新就业形态蓬勃发展,在劳动就业领域产生重大变革,保障新就业形态劳动者的劳动权益成为各界的重要任务。组织新就业形态劳动者入会是工会为其提供维权服务的基础环节,但实践中面临责任界线不清、就业形态复杂、经费保障不力等诸多难题,应当通过完善法规政策、加强组织领导形成合力、因地因企分类推进、强化服务保障等破解各种困境。
With the development of the fourth scientifi c and technological revolution,new forms of employment are fl ourishing.Major changes have taken place in the fi eld of labor and employment,and it has become important to protect the rights and interests of employees in the new forms of employment.If trade unions want to defend members’rights,they must fi rst join the trade union fi rst.However,in practice,it faces many problems such as unclear responsibilities,complex employment patterns,and insuffi cient funding guarantees.Therefore,trade unions should improve regulations and policies,strengthen organizational leadership to form a joint force,promote classification according to localities and enterprises,and strengthen service guarantees.
