不同针灸疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of different acupuncture therapies on shoulder-to-hand syndrome after stroke

目的:对比电针和温针灸两种针灸方法在中风后肩手综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法:将102名中风后肩手综合征患者分成两组,研究1组行温针灸治疗,研究2组行电针治疗,对两组疗效、日常生活活动能力和上肢运动功能进行对比分析。结果:研究1组治疗有效率高于研究2组(P <0.05);治疗后研究1组和研究2组日常生活活动能力(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment,FMA)评分均高于治疗前,且研究1组FMA评分和ADL评分均高于研究2组。结论:电针和温针灸在中风后肩手综合征治疗中均具有较好的应用效果,但温针灸的治疗效果更加显著,对患者肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力改善情况更好,更适合用于中风后肩手综合征患者的治疗。

Objective: To compare the application effects of two acupuncture methods of electro-acupuncture and warm acupuncture on shoulder-to-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: A total of 102 patients with shoulder-to-hand syndrome after stroke were divided into two groups, and group 1 was given temperature acupuncture, and group 2 received electro-acupuncture treatment, and the efficacy, daily living activity ability and upper limb motor function in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The treatment efficiency in the group 1 was higher than the group 2(P<0.05). The Activities of Daily Living(ADL) scores and the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA) were higher than those befpre treatment, and the FMA scores and ADL scores in the group 1 after treatment were higher than those in the group 2. Conclusion: Both electro-acupuncture and warm acupuncture have good application effects on shoulder-to-hand syndrome after stroke, but the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture is more significant, and the improvement of patients’ limb motor function and daily living activities is better, and it is more suitable for the treatment of patients with shoulder-to-hand syndrome after stroke.
