祛毒胶囊治疗湿热内盛-瘀血风燥型湿疹的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of the Qudu capsules on eczema of the damp and heat internal excess-blood stasis and wind dryness type

目的:观察祛毒胶囊治疗湿热内盛-瘀血风燥型湿疹的临床疗效。方法:纳入72例湿热内盛-瘀血风燥型湿疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组予祛毒胶囊治疗,对照组予氯雷他定胶囊治疗;两组均外用丹皮酚软膏,每日2次,4周为一个疗程,两组连续治疗6周,观察治疗后的证候积分,评估临床疗效。结果:经过6周的治疗,治疗组和对照组的总有效率有显著性差异(P <0.05),两组患者症状及湿疹面积及严重程度指数(Eczema Area and Severity Index,EASI)评分具有显著性差异(P <0.05),两组治疗后生活质量评分有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:祛毒胶囊治疗湿热内盛-瘀血风燥型湿疹有临床疗效,并且疗效明显优于对照组;祛毒胶囊对改善瘙痒程度、皮损等方面的效果良好,可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qudu capsules(祛毒胶囊)on eczema of the damp and heat internal excess-blood stasis and wind dryness type.Methods:A total of 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the Qudu capsules,and the control group was treated with loratadine capsules.Both groups were treated with external paeonol ointment,twice a day,for 6 weeks.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in symptoms and EASI scores between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qudu capsules show clinical effect on eczema of the damp and heat internal excess-blood stasis and wind dryness type,and the curative effect is significantly better than that in the control group.The Qudu capsules show a good effect of ameliorating the degree of pruritus and skin lesions,and can improve the quality of life of the patient.
