无托槽隐形矫治生物力学研究进展

Advances in biomechanics of clear aligner treatment

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,无托槽隐形矫治技术蓬勃发展。虽然该项技术在不断发展,适应证也在逐年放宽,但是完善的生物力学机制尚未建立。无托槽隐形矫治技术生物力学效应受多种因素影响,包括矫治器材料,牙齿移动方式,附件和牙周组织状况,本文就无托槽隐形矫治技术相关生物力学研究做一综述。 The technology of clear aligner is developing vigorouslysince 1990s.Though clear aligner technology has been improving to be able to treat more and more complicated cases,its biomechanical mechanism is not fully understood.According to the research field,it is influenced by many factors,including the materials,the types of tooth movement,attachments and status of periodontal tissues.This review briefly summarizes the biomechanical mechanism of clear aligner.
