青年思想引领表面上是促发青年的观念转变,本质上则是对青年的意义说服。意义的生成与选择、聚合与凝练、传输与扩散以及变现与外化是青年思想引领的基本轨迹。马克思主义的意义世界理论是最符合青年个体的发展方向和青年群体的整体利益的意义体系,青年思想引领要把马克思主义的意义世界理论作为主导意义传输和扩散到青年中,且要以青年的实际行动来检验传输和扩散的效果。
