新职业的发展给青年就业带来了极大的利好。青年对新事物和新技术的接受和运用程度高,在新兴领域就业有着天然的优势。但是,新职业也会有新问题,很多管理和发展问题仍不确定,新职业青年的生存与发展成为重要的现实问题。调查显示,新职业青年中外地来沪青年占多数,生存压力比较大,社会保障没有全覆盖,职业稳定性不强,工作强度远高于其他职业青年。政策是保障创新和青年职业发展的前提,投保诉求分化背景下的社会保障成为焦点,新职业青年职业稳定性和过劳现象应引起重视。
