构建现代农业“三大体系”加快推进宁夏农业现代化进程

Construction of"Three Systems"of Modern Agriculture to Accelerate the Process of Agricultural Modernization in Ningxia

现代农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系,是推进农业现代化的重要支撑,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。文章基于宁夏农业农村发展实际,针对存在的农业资源约束趋紧、农业产业链条短、农业人才匮乏、小农户与现代农业利益联结不紧密等问题,提出了解决农业的发展动力和生产效率、农业资源要素配置和农产品供给效率、经营效益和利益联结问题的构建现代农业“三大体系”的对策与建议。

The construction of modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system is important to promote agricultural modernization and the implementing of the rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,based on the actual agricultural and rural development in Ningxia,the existing problems were analyzed,including the tightening of agricultural resource constraints,short agricultural industry chain,the lack of agricultural industry chain and the loose connection between small farmers and modern agricultural interests.Under such background,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve the problems of the motive force of agricultural development,production efficiency,agricultural resource allocation,agricultural product supply efficiency,management benefit and benefit connection and etc..
